For all our shares—whether fresh or custom—we sell animals only as whole shares. We cannot remove specific cuts or exclude less desirable parts for individual resale. To make purchasing more accessible, we encourage group buying to collectively purchase a whole animal, whether it’s beef, goat, or lamb. Our per-pound pricing is based on the whole animal.
