An average deer yields 40% meat. For example, 100 lb deer = 40 lbs meat (or more). Enter the number of pounds you would like of each. 25 lb batches are preferred or 10 lb minimum. Note that bologna has a 25 lb minimum. See pricing at bottom of form.

Jerky: $5.00/lb of raw meat (jerky loses 75% of weight)
